Gilt cast brass with applied die-struck tongue disc. Scroll on the tree displays crude state map with “MAP OF ALABAMA” marked on it. Alabama ordered a quantity of these styles from New York “importer and manufacturer of military goods” (B&M) shortly before the civil war.  

 

The belt is made of 8 oz. leather, length is custom fit to customer's size with a brass hook and 2 keepers. Available in Russet, Black or Natural Oiled (White Buff if available). This belt is made to the dimensions of your buckle.
