Cast brass plate with a die-stamped brass tongue disc. Large, stylish “Star” buckle made in the south (possibly New Orleans) during the war. The smooth ringed wreath is one of the only true CS designs not copied from pre-war models. This plate was intended for officers from Mississippi and Texas.

The belt is made of 8 oz. leather, length is custom fit to customer's size with a brass hook and 2 keepers. Available in Russet, Black or Natural Oiled. This belt is made to the dimensions of your buckle.
