Dell's Leather Works - General Policies

Shopping Cart:
We have now added a new secure shopping cart system so you can order online using your credit card. We will still maintain our manual Mail Order Form (see "Order Form" link at left) for those customers who prefer to use traditional methods of payment.

On each product page, please be sure to enter any additional quantities and select special product options first before clicking the "Buy" button. On orders that require your input as to waist sizing, custom inscriptions, tooling or other data, please type this information into the text area marked “Personalization Message” first before clicking the Buy button also. We are always looking for better ways to serve you and hope you will enjoy this automated convenience to our web site!

Privacy:
Any customer information collected on this web site through our shopping cart system will be considered confidential. It will not be transferred, traded or sold to any other business for any purpose or solicitation. Our shopping cart system uses highly encrypted data transfer and is state-of-the-art secure.

Rush Orders:
Dell's Leather Works will try to accommodate rush orders depending on current work load, but there will be a 25% added fee to your order.

Please note that some orders may require extended manufacturing and delivery times due to inventory levels, item complexity and our work load. Please be assured that your credit card will not be charged until shortly before the order is shipped.

Shipping:
The customer has the option at checkout time to have insurance added to their order to protect against damage, loss or theft during shipment. Dell's Leather Works (DLW) will not be responsible for any shipment that is damaged, stolen or lost in transit when the customer chooses not to add insurance to the shipping amount at the time of purchase. There may be products on this web site that require additional shipping charge due to usual weight above our flat rate system. DLW will make customer  shipments twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday.

Returns:
Dell's Leather Works provides its customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on materials and workmanship on all products. Any defect in material or workmanship must be reported to DLW within 10 business days in order to receive repair or replacement of the item. Any item returned found to have abnormal short term wear or damage is subject to a fee to rectify the problem. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance on any returned item.

DLW will not be responsible for belt returns that are too small due to customer measurement error. So please be sure to follow the directions on our Belt Ordering Policy page. There is no charge for shortening your Dell's Leather Works belts, however, the customer is responsible for all shipping to and from.
